Creative Taleem is a Pakistani educational technology (EdTech) company, online academy and digital academy based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. It was founded in 2023 by Gulraiz Hamza and is built first for 9th and 10th class (Matric) students following the syllabus of the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB). Students of FSc, ICS, MDCAT and ECAT use the same app too.
Creative Taleem is not just a study app — it is a complete online digital academy in your pocket, built around the Punjab Board Matric syllabus and now also serving FSc, ICS, MDCAT and ECAT students on the same app. Live classes, recorded lectures, the Ustad Gee AI assistant, 2 lakh+ MCQs, chapter-wise and board-wise quizzes, smart revision, smart notes, flashcards, past papers and progress tracking all live together in one place — on the Android app and on the web portal. D&B D-U-N-S business identity
Creative Taleem's business identity is listed under the company name CREATIVE TALEEM with D&B D-U-N-S Number 77-534-1515. The Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S) Number is a unique nine-digit identifier assigned by Dun & Bradstreet to identify a business and connect it with its D&B business record. Organisations such as potential partners, suppliers, lenders, and government agencies may use this identifier to distinguish a company and access relevant business information. A D-U-N-S Number is an identification number—not a credit score, government registration, or endorsement by D&B.[1]
History
Creative Taleem was founded in 2023 by Gulraiz Hamza, an educator from Faisalabad, Punjab. Every year a very large number of Matric students in Punjab sit their board exams, yet affordable digital preparation built exactly around the PCTB syllabus and Punjab Board paper patterns was hard to find. Most options either followed other curricula or offered generic content.
From the start, the goal was not to build a basic Learning Management System (LMS) but a full digital academy — live teaching, recorded lectures, AI help, quizzes and study material working together in a single platform. The Android app launched on the Google Play Store, the web portal followed, and the platform has been fully live since 9 November 2025.
Creative Taleem operates as a sole proprietorship headquartered in Faisalabad and serves students across all divisions and districts of Punjab.
Mission and vision
Creative Taleem believes that good education is every Pakistani student's right, not a luxury for those who live in big cities or can afford expensive tuition. The mission is simple: give every Matric student a complete, board-focused academy experience at a price their family can afford.
Creative Taleem aims to free students from depending on costly, overcrowded tuition centres. By combining good teaching with helpful technology and AI, it gives every Pakistani student fair access to board-focused education — whatever their city, internet or family budget.
The vision is that a student in Mianwali, Bhakkar or Dera Ghazi Khan gets the same lectures, the same notes and the same personal attention as a student in Lahore or Rawalpindi — and that a slow internet connection never decides the quality of someone's education.
The company's slogan — "Aap Ka Maqsad Kamyab Hona, Hamara Maqsad Aap Ko Kamyab Karna" (Your goal is to succeed; our goal is to make you succeed) — sums up this student-first approach.

Educational methodology
Creative Taleem uses a blended approach that combines board-focused teaching with active learning. Punjab Board exams reward both solid memorisation and clear concepts, so learning is built in two phases: a conceptual foundation, then exam-oriented application.
In the foundation phase, video lectures break difficult topics into small, digestible parts. Teachers explain in familiar language — Urdu and English — with local, relatable examples instead of abstract foreign ones. In the application phase, students practise again and again with quizzes and tests that follow Punjab Board paper patterns.
Revision follows a “micro-learning” idea: long chapters are condensed into smart revision, lecture summaries and flashcards, so students can revise quickly without feeling overloaded — and remember more for longer.

Built by our own team
Creative Taleem's Android app, web portal and the Ustad Gee experience are designed and built by our own in-house team in Pakistan. Because the same people who build the app also listen to students every day, we can fix problems quickly and keep improving the features students actually use.
The platform runs on trusted, industry-standard cloud and content-delivery partners, with encrypted connections and server-side access control, so lectures load quickly and student accounts stay protected.

The official Creative Taleem Android app is the heart of the platform, and everything in it can also be used from the web portal. Here is what a student gets:
A home screen that keeps you on track
The home screen shows your upcoming live classes so you always know what is next, and lets you join a live class with a single tap. A chip bar at the top lets you switch to another class instantly.
Live classes — and recordings within minutes
Join live classes taught by subject teachers. During the class you can talk to the teacher through chat, and your questions get answered right there. As soon as the live class ends, the recorded lecture appears in the app within about 1–5 minutes.

Lectures
Lectures have their own section, with all the subjects of your class — plus Urdu calligraphy lectures. Every lecture comes with study tools built in:
- Ask AI: ask a question about the lecture you are watching, right inside the lecture.
- Summary: every lecture has a summary, so the topic becomes even easier to understand.
- Flashcards: make studying quicker and more interesting.
- Lecture-wise quiz: check straight away whether the lecture has sunk in.
- Download: download any lecture and watch it later, even without internet.

Short on time before the exam? Smart Revision is a separate feature with a focused revision of every chapter, so you can revise in less time and clear your concepts properly.

Coverage and levels
Creative Taleem is available to students in every province of Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. Its lectures and papers follow the Punjab Board (PCTB) syllabus used by the Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal and D.G. Khan boards; science concepts carry over well, so students of other boards use it alongside their own textbook.
