01Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Creteam Studio (app.creativetaleem.creteamstudio), an internal workspace provided by Creative Taleem. By signing in or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use Creteam Studio as part of your work with Creative Taleem, these terms apply in addition to any employment, contractor or confidentiality agreement you have with us. Where they conflict, that agreement prevails.

02Who may use the app

• Creteam Studio is only for authorized members of the Creteam team.
• Accounts are created or approved by a Creative Taleem administrator. There is no public sign-up.
• What you can see and do depends on the role and permissions assigned to you.
• Downloading the app from Google Play does not by itself give you access.

03Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us immediately at the email below if you think your account has been misused.
• We may change, suspend or end your access at any time, for example when your role or team membership changes.

04Acceptable use

When using Creteam Studio, you must not:

• Use the app for anything other than your assigned work.
• Access, or try to access, information or features your role does not allow.
• Copy, screenshot, record, export or share student information, internal information or class content outside the app, except as your work requires and Creative Taleem allows.
• Upload or broadcast unlawful, abusive, misleading or inappropriate content, including in live classes.
• Reverse engineer, modify, scrape or interfere with the app, its servers or its security.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts against the service.

05Confidentiality and student data

Information in Creteam Studio — including tasks, schedules, internal updates, recordings and any student information — is confidential to Creative Taleem. You must protect it, use it only for your work, and handle student information in line with the Creative Taleem Privacy Policy. These duties continue after your access ends.

06Content and ownership

The app, its design and its software belong to Creative Taleem. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the app for your work while you are authorized.

Classes, recordings, schedules and other material created in the app for Creative Taleem belong to Creative Taleem, unless a written agreement between you and Creative Taleem says otherwise. Creative Taleem may use that material to deliver its courses to students.

07Availability and changes

We work to keep Creteam Studio available and working, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, run maintenance, or stop offering the app.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access without notice if you break these terms, if your role or team membership ends, or to protect our students, team or service. When access ends, you must stop using the app. Sections on confidentiality, ownership and liability continue to apply.

09Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Creative Taleem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Creteam Studio. See the Disclaimer for more.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, unless the law requires otherwise.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
