01About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Creteam Studio (package name app.creativetaleem.creteamstudio), developed and published by Creative Taleem (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when authorized team members use the Android application and the pages under creativetaleem.app/creteam.
Creteam Studio is an internal workspace. It is intended only for authorized members of the Creteam team, such as teachers and staff, and is not meant for students or the general public.
02Information we collect
Account information
Your account is created or approved by a Creative Taleem administrator. We process your name, email address, sign-in credentials, and the role and permissions assigned to you. We do not offer public sign-up.
Work information
Information you create or manage in the app as part of your work — for example tasks and their progress, class schedules, class details, live class sessions and recordings, answers to student questions, and work updates.
Camera and microphone
If your role includes teaching live classes, the app asks for camera and microphone permission so you can broadcast a class. Audio and video are used only for that class and its recording. You can deny or revoke these permissions in Android settings at any time; live broadcasting will not work without them.
Technical information
Standard technical data that any app or internet request carries, such as device model, Android version, app version, IP address, crash and error reports, and a push-notification token used to deliver work updates to your device.
On these website pages, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics collect standard, aggregated usage statistics, such as pages visited and browser type.

- To broadcast and record live classes for students enrolled with Creative Taleem.
- To send notifications about work, classes and team activity.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and investigate problems.
- To fix bugs and improve the app's reliability and performance.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to Creative Taleem.
04Student information shown in the app
To do their work, team members may see limited information about Creative Taleem students — for example names, class, attendance counts and the questions students ask during classes.
That information belongs to the students and is governed by the Creative Taleem Privacy Policy. Team members may use it only for their assigned work, must keep it confidential, and must not copy, export or share it outside the app.
06Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access inside the app is limited by role, and administrative functions are restricted to authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse.
07Data retention
We keep account and work information for as long as you are an active team member and the information is needed for Creative Taleem's operations. Class recordings may be kept for as long as they are offered to students.
When your access ends or your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep for legal, security or accounting reasons.
08Your choices and account deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can also revoke camera, microphone and notification permissions from Android settings.

09Children
Creteam Studio is a work tool for adult team members and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. If you believe a child has been given access, contact us and we will remove the account.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app's features or legal requirements change. The latest version is always published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
