Email us from your account's email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
01How to request deletion
- Email privacy@creativetaleem.app from the email address linked to your Creteam Studio account, with the subject “Creteam Studio account deletion”.
- Include your full name and your role in the team, so we can find the right account.
- We confirm the request with you, then delete the account.
You can also ask your team administrator to close your account. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
02What is deleted
- Your Creteam Studio account and sign-in details.
- Your profile information, such as your name, email and role.
- Your device and notification tokens.
- Personal information linked to your account that we are not required to keep.
03What may be kept
Some records may be kept after deletion, where needed:
- Class recordings, schedules and other work material created for Creative Taleem, which belong to Creative Taleem and may continue to be offered to students.
- Records we must keep for legal, security, tax or accounting reasons, for as long as the law requires.
- Security and audit logs, kept for a limited time to protect the service.
