• Personal Information Loss: Your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and all profile details will be permanently erased from our systems.
• Learning Progress Loss: All quiz scores, test results, MDCAT/ECAT preparation progress, AI teacher conversation history, and course completion certificates will be deleted.
• Content Access Loss: Immediate and permanent loss of access to all lectures, PDF notes, video tutorials, MCQs, practice tests, and premium Kamyaabi Batch materials.
• Subscription Loss: All active or expired subscriptions will be canceled, and you will lose access to premium features. Refunds are not available for deleted accounts.
• Communication History Loss: All chat logs, support tickets, feedback submissions, and email communications will be removed.
• Device and Login History Loss: Associated device fingerprints, login records, and security settings will be cleared.
• Saved Data Loss: Bookmarks, favorites, downloaded content, offline materials, and personalized recommendations will be gone.
• Achievement Loss: Badges, streaks, leaderboards, and any gamification progress will be reset to zero.
• Future Requests as New User: After deletion, any new account creation or app reinstallation will be treated as a brand new user. You will not regain access to previous data, progress, or entitlements. Previous purchase history will not carry over, and you may need to repurchase content.
