1. These terms
By installing or using the Decoded Series app, or by using a book code, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Decoded Series is published by Creative Taleem. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
2. What a book code gives you
Each printed Decoded Series book contains codes. A code unlocks the digital material for that part of the book — typically a quiz, an animation and notes.
Buying the book grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own learning, for as long as we make it available. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
3. What we ask you not to do
- Do not publish, post or sell book codes — on social media, messaging groups, websites or anywhere else.
- Do not copy, record, re-upload or redistribute the videos, animations, notes or quiz questions.
- Do not attempt to guess, generate or bulk-test codes, or to access our servers in any way other than through the app.
- Do not remove or work around the protections that limit copying.
We may disable a code that is being shared publicly or used in a way that harms other students or our authors.
4. Copyright
All content in Decoded Series books and in the app — text, questions, explanations, illustrations, animations and audio — is the property of Creative Taleem or its licensors, and is protected by copyright law.
Teachers may use the material in the course of teaching their own students. Reproducing it in another product, publication or paid service requires our written permission.
5. Availability and changes
We improve and correct content over time, so what a code unlocks may change, expand or be revised. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue parts of it.
Some features need an internet connection. Content you have already opened generally remains available on your device offline.
6. Accuracy
We prepare this material carefully, but it is study support — not an official board publication, and not a guarantee of examination results. If you find a mistake, please tell us; corrections reach every student the next time the app updates its content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creative Taleem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
