1. Ownership

Calcixa, its name, logo, interface, original content and associated website materials are owned by Creative Taleem unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

2. Permission to use the app

Creative Taleem grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Calcixa for lawful personal or educational purposes, subject to the applicable app-store terms.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Open-source software

Calcixa may include third-party open-source components. Each component remains the property of its respective author and is provided under its own licence. Where a distributed version includes components requiring attribution, the applicable copyright and licence notices are included with that version of the app.

Open-source licences apply only to the relevant third-party components. They do not grant rights to the Calcixa name, branding, original interface or other Creative Taleem materials.

4. Third-party names and services

Android, Google Play and related names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is used only to identify platform compatibility or app availability and does not imply ownership by Creative Taleem.

5. Disclaimer

Calcixa is provided as a general-purpose calculation tool. While we work to provide accurate results, you should independently verify calculations used for financial, medical, engineering, legal or other critical decisions.
